WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based out of the Atlanta area. Traveling to locations is no problem, the first 20 miles are completely free, however anything further will be $8 per mile.
HOW DO I BOOK A SHOOT?
Use the ‘BOOK NOW’ tab on our HOME PAGE or select your specific service from our SERVICES PAGE. If you reach out via social media, please confirm the service you require, with dates, location and a brief description of your vision.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR DELIVERING FINAL PRODUCTS?
We aim to have projects completed within 5 days for standard delivery.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OR DOWN PAYMENT?
Yes, to secure a shoot date, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining 70% balance is to be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the shoot taking place. The shoot will not go ahead without full payment.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY PACKAGE BASED ON MY NEEDS?
Absolutely! We understand that every event is unique, and we are happy to tailor packages to fit your specific needs by booking our CUSTOM PACKAGE and/or during a scheduled Consultation call.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the timing and agreement terms.
DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FOOTAGE OR UNEDITED PHOTOS?
Raw footage or unedited photos are available as an add-on option for those who inspire to edit themselves. However, most clients prefer our fully edited and polished final product.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY VIDEOS AND PHOTOS?
We provide digital downloads via a secure online gallery. You can also request physical copies for an additional fee.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESS?
We accept payments via Cash, Credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
